Pinot Meunier Single Vineyard Mill Hill East Magnum

Pale ruby in the glass, the nose brims with cherry and raspberry with darker, slate mineral notes and delicate spice.
On the palate, it is dominated by crunchy fruits, cranberry, red cherry and darker bramble fruits, alongside floral notes, pink peppercorn and an earthy minerality.
The wine is vibrant and juicy, full of fruit with elegant tannins and a beautiful freshness on the finish.
This matches with a range of dishes - from a freshly stone-baked pizza, baked cod with tomato and herb butter, or a selection of cured meats.

Bright golden in colour with a fine, delicate mousse and aromas of pear and orange blossom. The palate is dominated by citrus and orchard fruit, with ripe lemon, orange and pear, alongside stone fruits, ginger and notes of freshly baked bread and apple tarte tatin.

Brut Reserve Late Disgorged

This Library Release wine has been gently maturing in our cellars. A Pinot Noir-dominated blend from a cool vintage that has developed a nuanced nose of lemon and lime, apple blossom and elderflower. There’s also a touch of mallow sweetness and Chantilly cream. The palate is broader with lush peach stone fruit, baked apple compote, ripe cherry and nougat. The overall impression is bright and vibrant with a round, complete finish.

Chardonnay Guinevere Magnum

Limited Library Release.
Bright golden in colour, with a nose brimming with citrus and green orchard fruits. The palate shows more ripe fruit, highlighting nectarine, honey lemon and more tropical notes of pineapple, alongside toasted almonds, soft vanilla and nutmeg spice and lightly buttered toast, building in complexity as it ages. The wine is elegant and linear, with a pure mineral note on the finish.

Retasted by Laura Rhys MS, February 2025: Pale bronzed pink in the glass, with fine bubbles. The nose is delicate, with red fruits, orange peel and dried rose. The palate is still driven by pretty, red fruits, with raspberry, cherry and wild strawberry notes alongside baked ginger, toasted nuts and orange oil. The wine is elegant, yet still structured, with a long finish.

This library release is a blend of 77% Chardonnay, 14% Pinot Noir and 9% Pinot Meunier. Thanks to 2009’s cool growing season – but excellent harvest period – this was perhaps the best vintage of the decade.

This library release is a Chardonnay-dominant blend of the three classic Champagne grape varieties. The 2007 growing season produced a ripe, even crop and good weather late in the season meant we picked at optimum levels of sugar and acidity.
