Golden straw in colour, with a generous nose of candied citrus, stone fruit and vanilla. The palate is layered with ripe fruit character and a smoky minerality. Barrel fermentation lends warm oak notes of toasted nuts and vanilla, leading to a long, elegant finish.

Aromas of white stone fruit, ripe pear, toasted hazelnuts, which all carry through to the palate. Barrel ageing brings hints of spice, a buttery toastiness and a long, rounded finish.

Pinot Noir
Limited Library Release
Pale and delicate in the glass, with lots of red fruits, dried fruits and prune notes on the nose. On the palate, the wine shows abundant red fruits, with cherry and wild strawberry, hints of potpourri and spicy black pepper and liquorice notes. The wine is elegant and soft in the palate, with supple tannins, showing maturity and complexity.

Brut Reserve

Bright golden in colour with a fine, delicate mousse and aromas of pear and orange blossom. The palate is dominated by citrus and orchard fruit, with ripe lemon, orange and pear, alongside stone fruits, ginger and notes of freshly baked bread and apple tarte tatin.

The palate brims with honeyed citrus notes, ripe stone fruits and pear. There are delicate spice notes too, with hints of ginger and cardamom, alongside freshly baked pastry and toasted hazelnuts. This is intense and complex, with a lingering mineral note and a long, elegant finish.
