This vintage wine is part of our members-only Cellar Release: a one-off collection of late-disgorged wines from Gusbourne’s private cellars, created to mark the anniversary of our 20th vintage. Each bottle in this collection was disgorged on the same day, 23 March 2026, offering a unique insight into how our wines age.

VINTAGE REPORT
Budburst began unusually early at the end of March, around two weeks ahead of normal, with the vineyards avoiding the frosts that affected much of Europe. Seasonal sunshine and temperatures led to early, fruitful flowering in mid-June, followed by good weather and a mid-September harvest of high-quality fruit.
