May and June offer plenty of excuses to get out and enjoy a glass of Gusbourne in good company. From a spring tasting dinner in Oxfordshire to savoury afternoon indulgence in Covent Garden, and from Bloomsbury cocktails to some of the summer’s smartest sporting fixtures, here are some of our favourite places to find us this month.

Afternoon Cheese at the Covent Garden Hotel, London
From 1 May 2026

At last, an afternoon tea designed for those of us who prefer savoury to sweet. Served at the Covent Garden Hotel's Brasserie Max from May, Afternoon Cheese reimagines the ritual of afternoon tea using British cheeses from Neal’s Yard Dairy. The decadent menu features treats such as Lincolnshire Poacher burnt cheese tart and Montgomery’s Cheddar scones. We think there are few better dishes to enjoy alongside a glass of Chardonnay Guinevere or Blanc de Noirs.

A Gusbourne wine dinner, Weston Manor Hotel, Oxfordshire
8 May 2026

Weston Manor bills itself as "pure luxury in the heart of Oxfordshire" and we can't help but agree. Against the seriously impressive backdrop of the manor, enjoy a hosted, four-course spring tasting menu featuring Brut Reserve 2022, Blanc de Blancs 2020, Rosé 2020, English Rosé 2025 and Pinot Noir 2022. A dinner like this is one of the most enjoyable ways to experience the depth and breadth of Gusbourne wines, alongside some incredible dishes. Places are limited.

The Zetter Bloomsbury, London
From 1 May 2026

The paint is only just dry on the walls of Zetter's effortlessly stylish new venue - and already it's one of our favourite places for a glass of Blanc de Blancs 2020. This Bloomsbury outpost is inspired by the area's bluestocking past, and is artfully curated with characterful objects and collections. Comfortable and stylish, it's made for long conversations in handsome surroundings. The Parlour is especially inviting for a glass or two.
