Chilston Park x Gusbourne Wine Dinner

Step into the luxurious surroundings of Kentish country house Chilston Park for an exclusive five-course dinner, expertly paired with award-winning wines from Gusbourne. Each course will be thoughtfully curated to complement the flavours of Gusbourne's exquisite vintages. Expect culinary treats such as Pan-seared Rye Bay scallops with Blanc de Noirs 2019 and Vanilla and rhubarb panna cotta matched with sparkling Rose.

Hedonism Wines - English Sparkling Showcase 2024

For those yet to encounter Hedonism, it’s one of the UK’s finest purveyors of wines and spirits, based in central London. We are delighted to be working with the team for two sparkling tastings on Saturday 16th November. We’ll be showing our classic sparkling wines, alongside a taste of Fifty One Degrees North. You’ll be able to compare and contrast with other fine English wine producers such as Nyetimber, Rathfinny, Wiston Estate and Sugrue. This event is currently waiting-list only, but we’ll be following up with another dedicated Gusbourne tasting in January 2025.

Gravetye Manor & Gusbourne Wine Dinner

Nestled in the beautiful Sussex countryside, you’ll find Gravetye Manor – its impressive exterior is pictured above. This stunning country house hotel is home to an equally dazzling Michelin-star restaurant. On 28th November, we’re delighted to be working alongside the Gravetye team for an incredible Gusbourne dinner. Five Gusbourne cuvées will be served, including our finest wine Fifty One Degrees North 2016. Each wine will partner a luxurious dish from the five-course menu. Highlights include Blanc de Blanc 2017 paired with cured halibut; Rosé 2019 with lobster agnolotti and Fifty One Degrees North 2016 with Dover sole, black truffle and caviar. The evening promises to be a first-class celebration of crafted wine and exquisite seasonal dishes. Tickets at this very special wine dinner are very limited.
