Gusbourne Plc the premium English sparkling wine producer, today confirms the transition of shares onto the JP Jenkins trading platform.
The Company announces the appointment of Melquisedec Flores-Urbana and Charlotte Osborne to the Company's board of directors ("Board") as Non-Executive Directors, with immediate effect. The Company also announces that Chairman Jim Ormonde and Non-Executive Directors Ian Robinson and Lord James Abuthnot, as well as CCO Simon Bradbury have resigned from the Board with immediate effect.
